This hotel is a hidden gem, exceeding our initial expectations. The room we stayed in had a stunning sea view and was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with complimentary coffee and milk always available. The location of the hotel, right by a tram stop on the South Pier, made it convenient for exploring the area.
All was well, no improvements needed.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a comfortable fit. The venue was cosy, we enjoyed the location right across from the south pier, and sea views. Fresh made breakfast was served, outstanding food. Clean hotel and excellent service.

Pleasant hotel and overall clean, freshly cooked breakfasts, ideal location opposite south pier. I got free upgrade and liked it. Large bed. Friendly reception.
